Leading Replacement Guarantee
Guarantee of 18 months for Manager and Director level and 24 months for VP and C-level. Most executive search firms provide replacement guarantees up to 12 months, but we give an extra cushion to ensure you really have a long-term fit and peace of mind for the investment you are making.
Best Value-to-Service
Most retained executive search firms bill based off total compensation, including bonus, commissions, equity, etc. We bill based on the candidate’s first year’s guaranteed compensation (i.e. Base Salary) and ensure we’re overdelivering what we promise along the way.
